Privacy Notice for Credential Manager

Personal information is protected by law, including the Commonwealth Privacy Act.

The information you provide on the Credential Manager screens will be used to allow you to change your existing password to a new password.

Centrelink will keep a record of the date and time you accessed these screens and may use this information to detect and prevent fraud.

Once you select your password it is stored so that it cannot be viewed by other users or Centrelink staff, and is not given to any other organisation.
